Food + Design - Pasta Shaping
The first “real” day of the summer school was a workshop were we tried to work with pasta, and shaping of it.
So that meant that we had to start by learning how to make the dough, and rolling it out.

We tried to make different shapes to make us comfortable with the pasta dough for a workshop with more specific shaping.

For the entire day, 20 students made around 400-500 different shapes of pasta from 10 different themes.

My group made this pasta with Nordic inspiration as our last model, that was boiled and prepared.

So today was all about trying to shape pasta and make some experiences with it. Tomorrow we are going to take a normal Danish dish and make pasta for it.
